QleanAir AB to call for an extraordinary shareholders meeting

QleanAir’s largest shareholder Swedia Capital, with an ownership of approximately 26,5% of the QleanAir shares, has requested QleanAir to call for an extraordinary shareholders meeting. Swedia Capital proposes that the new board, should be represented by Bengt Engström (re-election, chairman), Towe Ressman (re-election), Fredrik Persson (new election), Jan-Olof Backman (new election) and Dan Pitulia (new election).
