QleanAir signs cleanroom contract with life science innovators CELLINK
QleanAir Holding AB (publ), the premium provider of solutions for clean indoor air, signs an agreement for a new cleanroom with CELLINK worth 7,6 MSEK. CELLINK is the global market leader in 3D bioprinting and bio-inks.
CELLINK, a daughter company of BICO, provides 3D bioprinting technologies, products, and services to create, understand and master biology which enables researchers to culture cells in 3D, print human tissues and organs for personalized treatment, perform drug screening and provide rheological relevant tissue models for testing of cosmetics, personal hygiene, and wound care products. From year end CELLINK will move into new premises in Kallebäck in Göteborg where QleanAir will develop and build a cleanroom. The room will primarily be used for the development and production of reagents such as bio-ink.

The order value of 7.6 MSEK will be included in the order intake in the third quarter. In addition, there will be a separate service agreement. The clean room team of QleanAir will start working with situation analysis and solution design within short, in close collaboration with the project team from CELLINK. The cleanroom installation will be finished during the first part of 2022.
