QleanAir has received information that Qevirp 41 Ltd has decreased its ownership in the company. Following this decrease, Qevirp 41 Ltd holds 3 512 359 shares in the company corresponding to 23.6 % of the total number of shares and votes in the company (23.3% after full dilution).

Qevirp 41 Ltd was per March 31, 2021, the company’s largest shareholder. The total number of shares in QleanAir amounts to 14,859,200 (15,082,088 after full dilution).
