QleanAir wins a third order from Karolinska University Hospital
QleanAir Holding AB (publ), the premium supplier of niche solutions for indoor air cleaning, has received a third order from Karolinska University Hospital. As previously announced, during the outbreak of the corona pandemic, a close collaboration was initiated with Karolinska University Hospital in Solna and Huddinge to protect the staff in the intensive care unit. In the beginning of December, the collaboration was renewed with a second order, and on Friday the third order was placed.
QleanAir received on Friday the 18 of December a third order of 15 units of the new FS30 air cleaner for delivery to Karolinska University Hospital in December and January. In connection with the outbreak of Covid-19, Karolinska University Hospital needed freestanding air cleaners as a complement to protective equipment and ventilation. QleanAir Scandinavia was chosen as a partner because our solutions meet the hospital's high requirements for efficient air cleaning with certified HEPA 14 filter and quiet operation. During the spring, 63 units were installed in several intensive care units at Karolinska in Solna and Huddinge. During the second wave of the corona pandemic, IVA has yet again been filled with many covid-19 patients. The collaboration with QleanAir was renewed at the beginning of December when another 14 units were ordered, both FS 70 HEPA and the new FS 30 HEPA model.
