FS 30 Industrial Carbon is a powerful, yet compact and quiet air cleaner, developed for production facilities that need to improve indoor air quality in terms of gases or odor in smaller rooms, at workstations or in work booths at production industries. FS 30 Industrial Carbon is equipped with a mechanical pre-filter certified according to ISO 16890 as well as highly efficient, large capacity active carbon filters. Thanks to its compact size and its robust wheels, it can easily be relocated when needed. With accessories such as air distribution tubing, vents, bends, and textile diffusors, a solution can be custom fit to the challenges and needs of each location.

FS 30 Industrial Carbon was developed for production and assembly industries to improve air quality in terms of gases and smells in smaller rooms or in work booths on the production floor. The air cleaner’s efficient and large capacity active carbon filters efficiently reduce the concentration of organic gases and odor in the room as a secondary filtration solution. FS 30 Industrial Carbon´s flexible exhaust allows it to be used for re-circulation of air in a room, for supplying filtered air in a laminar flow over work benches, or as supply air into work booths. The FS 30 Industrial Carbon does its job while maintaining a low sound level, which is important as it is normally placed at an employee’s workstations. Thanks to its size and its robust wheels, it can easily be relocated when needed.

1. Air inlet

FS 30 has a large air inlet on the front of the unit to maximize intake volume and to reduce the risk of filter clogging.
2. Filtration of particles

With the help of a mechanical pre filter ePM1 60% (F7) and large capacity carbon filters, particles and organic gases are captured and removed from the air.
3. Cleaned air is returned to the environment

Cleaned air is returned to the room through a duct outlet for optimal recirculation or diverted by optional tubes and diffusors to a specific area.
