QleanAir SF Square
SF Square is the largest version of our SF-line smoking cabins. Thanks to its square design, it’s space efficient despite its size and can fit up to 12 smokers at a time. By capturing cigarette smoke before it is able to spread, it protects non-smokers from secondhand smoke and unpleasant odors, without inconveniencing smokers. In other words, it creates a safer, healthier, and more pleasant environment to stay in. SF Square has a high-capacity airflow which makes it suitable for environments where a large number of people meet and there might be lots of smokers needing to smoke at the same time. SF Square is available in both an open and a closed version, depending on your facility’s specific needs.

The impact of cigarettes on the environment
Clean air as a service
SF Square has been developed for spaces where large number of people meet and there is a need to accommodate lots of smokers at the same time, such as airports, offices, conference centers, hotels, casinos, restaurants, healthcare facilities, production facilities, logistics centers, warehouses, and shopping malls. The SF Square is sustainably designed and with three separate smoking zones inside the unit can host up to 12 smokers at the same time. Three ashtrays holds up to 18 000 cigarettes in a safe way. In some facilities, getting to a safe outdoor smoking area can be hard, which tends to lead to unsafe indoor smoking or employees having to take unnecessarily long smoke breaks since they have to get to a designated smoking area. SF Square can help you solve these types of challenges, increasing productivity, and creating a pleasant, healthy and safe environment for everyone to stay in.
SF Square smoking cabin captures the smoke before it is able to spread, protecting non-smokers from secondhand smoke. The smoking cabin uses a multi-stage filtration system to eliminate harmful particles, gases and odors from the air before releasing cleaned air back into the room. This makes it possible for smokers and non-smokers to stay in the same space together, which in turn helps create a better social environment. SF Square also solves the issue of having to walk far distances to get to designated smoking areas, making smoke breaks shorter and safer, and, in turn, increasing productivity. All of our smoking cabins are equipped with our patented fireproof ash handling system.

The technology behind the solution
1. Capturing the smoke
A smoke-free environment can only be created if the polluted air is captured before it spreads. The SF-Line makes this possible. The air inlets are strategically placed above the table and send the polluted air into our powerful, multi-stage air filtration system.
2. Filtration of odors, gases, and particles
Through multiple highly efficient HEPA 14, ePM1 65% (F7), and activated carbon filters, the tobacco-specific odors, gases, and particles are captured and removed from the air.
3. Cleaned air is returned to the environment
After the air has been cleaned of odors, gases, and particles, it is returned into the room, without any detectable traces of cigarette smoke.
3. Fireproof ash handling system
Our unique, fireproof ash handling system (AHS) handles the disposal of ashes and cigarette ends. A patented valve solution keeps it airtight to avoid smoke residue commonly found in traditional ashtrays.
